Praveen Chandak & Associates is a professionally managed Practising Chartered Accountancy firm with the team of dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountants and Professionals serving the clients in the field of Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Corporate Consultancy, Accounting and Finance Management Services to wide range of clients from all business sectors throughout India. The firm was founded by CA Praveen Chandak, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with vast professional experience and knowledge. Considering the present scenario, wherein all the range of business sectors and industries have to comply with complex legal environment and compliance formalities, our dedicated and result oriented services come to the fore. The firm has associated and tied up with team of Chartered Accountants, Company secretaries and advocates as consultants for "One Stop Service & Solution Provider".

The firm has adopted the policy of ensuring high quality services to each client irrespective of its location and size. This is achieved by bringing the technical and analytical skills to an assignment, which is developed, through the academic background, internal training, continuing professional education and engagement experience of our personnel. We believe in upholding highest standards of business ethics with complete commitment to total quality. We take great pride in the confidence and respect that we have earned from our clients and strive to improve every day.

The firm Mumbai office is based at Kharghar the commercial suburb of Navi Mumbai, the financial capital of India with large office premises, consisting of state-of-the-art infrastructure, in a computerised environment.

Our firm started operation from August, 2013. At present, total employees in all our offices are around 15. All staff are paid employees of the firm.
